Please note: DEZZ dezignated driverz now requires credit card details at time of booking. Credit cards are now required to protect our driverz from losing income should they drive all the way to the customer for their pick up and can no longer reach their customer, or the customer cancels upon arrival. There would be a $50 no show/cancellation fee applied to the credit card provided. Please ensure that when your driving team calls to provide their eta, that you answer. Your driving team will not proceed to your pick up unless they are able to reach you. They will call you at least 3 times and send a text. After that, dispatch will try the customer 3 times and leave a text message.
